You are probably thinking: Why should I hire a controller to monitor my employees if they can also cheat me? Well, that is true, that is exactly the reason why you are not hiring anyone. The best way to do this is creating an efficient monitoring system. Most companies connect the entire computing centre to a single server, which can be watched at any moment by the president of the company. Of course, the president won't be able to watch all the activities at the same time. However, the employees will feel a lot more insecure about making an illegal transaction if there is a monitoring program that keeps record of everything they do. At the end of the month, if something goes wrong or doesn't match in the final numbers, the register is checked. Whoever is found making illegal moves inside the company is obligated to leave. This way you can avoid having abusive, illegal actions inside your business.
